healthy (or indulgent) sandwich

Today I wanted to share with you a sandwich that could go both ways; either super healthy or super naughty!! 
All you will need is;
○ White Bread (use brown for healthy alternative)
○ Tomato
○ Spinach 
○ Avocado
○ Red Onion
○ Cream Cheese
○ Olive Oil
○ Lemon
○ Black Pepper
○ *Bacon* (optional to keep your sandwich healthy or vegetarian don't use this)
You then toast the bread, and whilst that toasts slice your veggies up. 
Once the bread is toasted, apply the cream cheese on one slice and smashed up avocado to the other. Layer the vegetables on top of each other. Drizzle some olive oil and lemon juice on top, season with black pepper. Add the other slice of bread on top and you're done!
